Why Exercise With Heart rate Based Training?

December 7, 2007 · Leave a Comment

We often get questions on how heart rate based exercise differs from “ordinary” training and what motivates to do heart rate based training.

Here are some of our most common answers:

- When you do exercise based on your heart rate you do it out of your own conditions and goals.

- Heart rate based exercise is one of the most effective ways to get feedback on your own training out of physical, mental and metabolic response in your body. That reflects the intensity of the exercise, a kind of receipt that provides feedback on your effectiveness.

- It is easier to design different types of training classes out of heart rate based measures. Th heart rate is a clear, factual and honest source of information on how hard you are really working out.

- For beginners, feedback on a regular basis is a fantastic way and help to find the right balance and level of the exercise. Also, it is a great helper to create understanding and knowledge on how the boy actually functions and how much you need to work. At the same time, for a more experienced person, heart rate based training works as a tool to set new goals and make sure that the exercise is done properly.

And at last but not least: It is plain great fun to get instant feedback on your exercise!
